Little Things Vol. 2
Life Lately
I feel extremely blessed to be able to see my family a few weeks ago. We were able to have them over for Easter supper, and both our house and my heart, were full. Also, I was finally able to meet my sister-in-law! My kids are older from the last time they visited, but the way my parents spoiled them was enjoyable to witness. Their hotel room were packed with snacks the girls love, and pretty much whatever the girls wanted the girls got.
We've also been making it a point to go to the zoo more often. I'm taking advantage of the cooler weather before it starts getting too hot out. I do hope we get to see the butterflies this year.
I'm also slowly moving y Etsy shop to here, so if you're interested click the link on the navigation at the top left of my blog!
Reading
As you can see, I just reached my yearly goal of 20 books for 2024! All I have to work on now is reaching my goal of 10,000 pages for the year! I've been listening to a lot of audiobooks because I started delivering flyers this year, and it's been a great way to pass the time. Out of the 20 that I've read, my favorites so far are Bride by Ali Hazelwood, and Otherworldly by F.T. Lukens. I really should be writing reviews here, so I think I will work on that as well.
Just in case you're wondering I'm currently in the middle of 5 books, and sometimes I do wonder how I'm able to keep any of the stories straight.
Listening
I have been listening to The Tortured Poets Department by Taylor Swift since it came out. So far my favourite songs are Down Bad, Florida, Guilty as Sin, and Who's Afraid Of Little Old Me? The list will probably grow after I've watched all of the lyric videos, but so far those are my favourites.
Little Things is originally created by Evie Jayne.
